Known errors on the site

Data Issues
1. The following players are no longer shown as being under contract, and have been removed accordingly - the assumption is that their contract has been voided under Paragraph 14 of the Standard Player Contract:
    -- Stanislav Lascek, T.B

2. "Olivier Latendresse was traded for Cory Urquhart and should be on the Canadiens page."  This has now been officially recorded.

3. "[insert player here] isn't listed."  I've had several e-mails with a comment like this - and I don't mind, because a couple were in fact missing [see #3 above].  However, most of them have in fact been present - they're just not on the first few lines.  Check each team's page carefully ... that guy may be down near the bottom of the page because his '07-08 salary is really low.  If you still can't find him, send me an e-mail and I'll check.  This will be especially important for players signed to entry-level contracts that start in 2008-09; they'll be down low on a page, so you'll want to look there for details.

4. "[insert player here] is misspelled."  I get this e-mail more often than anything else - and 95% of those e-mails have to do with the Kostitsyn brothers in Montreal.  Yes, I know how their names are commonly spelled - but the spellings I have for players are exactly as they're given by the NHL, and are what I used to reconcile to new data.  This is easier than changing from the "common" name to the NHL's version, reconciling, then changing back every time I go to reconcile.
